Domo Modular is a privately held startup company with a manufacturing facility in Tijuana, Mexico.
Experiência y requisitos
**Responsibilities**:
- Plan, supervise, and coordinate all production activities to meet the company's objectives.
- Ensure production is conducted according to established quality, cost, and timeline standards.
- Implement and manage quality control systems to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of production processes.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, logistics, to ensure smooth and adequate communication.
- Develop and manage the production budget, seeking to optimize costs and resources.
- Manage and lead the production team, fostering professional development and motivation.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and propose and implement innovative solutions.
- Prepare periodic reports on production performance and results for senior management.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.




- 5 to 10 years of experience in production management roles, preferably in industrial or manufacturing sectors.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and quality standards (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Leadership skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)

**Working Conditions**:
