Hey there! We’re on the lookout for a Full Cycle Recruiter to join our team. If you’re passionate about finding and attracting top talent, this might be the perfect role for you. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- ** Team Collaboration**: Work closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to identify and attract the best talent. Your insights will be invaluable in shaping our recruitment process.
- ** End-to-End Recruitment**: Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish. You’ll work independently but also know when to seek guidance.
- ** Stakeholder Updates**: Keep everyone in the loop with regular updates on recruitment progress. Use feedback to continuously improve our processes.
- ** Problem Solving**: Partner with the Team Leader to create and execute recovery plans for tough recruitment challenges.
- ** Data Analysis**: Use our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to analyze data and generate reports that provide meaningful insights for stakeholders.
- ** Social Media & Branding**: Use social media to boost our employer brand and communicate our Employee Value Proposition. Represent us at career fairs and other events.
- ** Communication Skills**: Show off your strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, in various professional settings.
- ** Market Research**: Attend industry events to conduct market research and share your findings with the team.

**Qualifications**
- 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- English advanced proficiency
- Ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
- Adaptability and willingness to embrace change and continuous learning.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in utilizing sourcing tools and techniques effectively.
- Familiarity with different Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
