Your tasks
Ensures on time, qualitative and quantitative production and delivery of products to the customer at an adequate cost, including responsibility for new product launch activities, as well as serial production, process engineering and CBS coordinator.
Main responsibilities:
- Ensuring timely production and testing of customer specific products at the right quality and cost
- Planning and control of costs against budget
- Planning and control of resources (equipment, personnel and material)
- Leading and managing change (organization, processes)
- Ensures deliveries according to production tickets by optimizing product delivery
- Management of Lean Manufacturing tools: TPM, 5s, Kanban, SMED, etc.
- Coordinate in plant process improvement in accordance with established strategies
- Coordinate the optimization of process specifications
- Ensures the quality of processes and products to meet internal and customer objectives
**Profile**:
- Industrial, Chemical, Processes Engineering or similar
- 3 to 5 years of experience in similar positions
- Experience in projects at least one year
- Leadership experience minimum 2 years
- Expert knowledge in manufacturing processes
- Advance knowledge in Quality systems, projects,



lean manufacturing
- Calculation of capacities, OEE or other aspects of industrial engineering
- Advance level of English
