**Job title**: Productivity Assistant

**Responsibilities**
- Maintaining comprehensive statuses and priorities for the CEO's projects
- Organizing travel and accommodations for the CEO
- Coordinating external appointments for the CEO
- Monitoring and triaging external mailing lists for the CEO
- Performing requested research tasks for the CEO
- Creating and maintaining computer archives and databases
- Performing other administrative tasks as requested
**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of initiative
- Superb organizational skills
- Technical aptitude
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information




- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while working independently
- Ability to use (or willingness to learn) Wolfram Language
- Ability to respond to inquiries nights/weekends
**Job type**: Full time (40 hours per week)/Independent Contractor
