**Job Title**: HubSpot Automation Specialist

CEO Lawyer. is a personal injury law firm in downtown Atlanta that is growing rapidly. We are seeking a Full-Time Litigation Paralegal
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Design and implement workflows** for Sales teams to optimize lead management and streamline sales processes.
- **Set up and maintain landing pages** within HubSpot to support various marketing campaigns.
- **Create and edit HubSpot forms** for lead generation, ensuring they are optimized for user experience and conversion.
- **Set up custom reports and dashboards** in HubSpot to track key metrics and performance indicators.
- Provide ongoing **maintenance and optimization** of HubSpot tools to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless integration of HubSpot automation with broader marketing and sales efforts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with workflows, forms, landing pages, and reports.
**Requirements**:
- **Proven experience** with HubSpot automation, including workflows, landing pages, forms, and reporting tools.
- **Fluent in English** (both written and verbal).
- Ability to **work during EST hours** to ensure alignment with team schedules.
- Strong understanding of **HubSpot's CRM and marketing automation** capabilities.
- Experience in setting up **reports and dashboards** to track sales and marketing performance.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle complex automation tasks.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Software, HubSpot Sales Software) are a plus.
- Experience with **Salesforce** or other CRM systems is a bonus.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate across teams effectively.
