As a **Key Account Specialist** at **Carolina Logistics**, you will be the key advocate for our clients, ensuring they experience seamless and successful ground and air freight logistics.
**Requirements**:
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience working as an Key Account Specialist/Manager.
- Experience in the logistics field, specifically in the **ground and/or air freight industry**.
- Bachelor's degree in business, international business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Advanced English level (Conversational).
**Job activities**:




- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing client inquiries, and concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within key accounts.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving needs and
- Develop detailed proposals outlining customized solutions for key accounts.
- Lead contract negotiations, including terms, pricing, and service agreements.
