We are looking for **Test Development Engineer (TestWay)**:
**General activities**:
- Configure and optimize **TestWay (ASTER Technologies)** to assess and improve PCB test coverage.
- Perform **testability analysis** to identify opportunities for enhancing test strategies.
- Simulate test scenarios in **TestWay** to predict failures and evaluate test efficiency.
- Review and optimize **Bills of Materials (BOM)** in the context of testing, ensuring adequate coverage.
- Generate detailed reports on **test coverage metrics, defects, and optimization opportunities**.
- Coordinate with **manufacturing and quality teams** to integrate testing tools into the production line.
- Implement and document **defect reduction strategies** based on **TestWay** analysis.
- Collaborate with design engineers to enhance test coverage from the development phase.
- Establish and monitor **testability KPIs** to measure the effectiveness of test strategies.




- Automate test coverage analysis and optimization processes using tools like **Python or LabVIEW**.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in **Electronics, Mechanical, Systems Engineering, or related fields.**:
- **3-5 years** of experience with **TestWay (ASTER Technologies)** for testability analysis.
- Proficiency in **Bill of Materials (BOM) management and optimization** in a testing context.
- Knowledge of **Design for Testability (DFT) and Failure Mode Analysis (FMA).**:
- Simulation of **test strategies for PCBs.**:
- **Management of testability metrics and KPIs.**:
- Programming in **Python, C, or LabVIEW** for test automation.
- **DFT (Design for Testability)** in digital hardware.
- **Signal analysis and power integrity** in PCBs
- **Advanced English**
