**About the Job**:
Are you passionate about bridging the gap between technology and business? As a **Solution Architect - SAP HSE&S; and PSRA**, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping our IT landscape. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to design and implement solutions that align with our business strategy while ensuring compliance with general regulations. If you love problem-solving, collaborating across teams, and staying ahead of emerging technologies, this role is for you!
**In your future role as Solution Architect - SAP HSE&S; and PSRA, you will**:
- Work with stakeholders to define project charters and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Lead the design, build, and implementation of solutions for major change requests and IM projects.
- Ensure all solutions align with template design standards and compliance requirements.
- Keep documentation and configuration management databases (CMDB) up to date.
- Provide expertise and support during testing, training, and deployment phases.
- Stay updated on global regulatory requirements (REACH, CLP, GHS, TSCA, etc.) and ensure solutions support compliance.
- Collaborate with external partners, support teams, and consultants to drive continuous improvement.
- Participate in key advisory and portfolio boards to guide decision-making.

Fluency in English is a must.** Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken, are essential for this role.
- ** Education**: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.




- ** Background & Experience**:At least 5 years in IT, with 2+ years focused on HSE&S;, PSRA, or Engineering. Experience with SAP ECC EH&S; is a must; **Enablon**knowledge is a plus.
- ** Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with chemical safety regulations, product safety data, and compliance topics (dangerous goods management, SVT, Reach, Safety Data Sheets, etc.).
- ** Technical Skills**: Hands-on experience with SAP implementation projects, SAP configuration (SPRO), ALE, EDI, scripting (Smartforms), and data tools. SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Azure experience are strong pluses.
- ** Competencies & Soft Skills**: Business partnership, systems thinking, problem-solving, adaptability, innovation, and strong communication.
**Additional details**:
This is a permanent position on a full-time basis, reporting to our Functional Information Manager based in the Netherlands.
