**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute merchandise plans to meet sales, inventory, and profitability goals.
- Analyze sales trends, historical data, and market insights to forecast demand.
- Collaborate with buying and merchandising teams to ensure alignment on product assortment and inventory levels.
- Monitor inventory levels and recommend replenishment strategies to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance, inventory turnover, and product lifecycle.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support new product launches and promotions.
**Requirements**:
- 2-3 years of experience in retail planning, preferably in fast fashion or luxury retail.
- 80% English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).




- Experience with SAP is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of retail, wholesale, and eCommerce operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A big plus if they have worked in shared services within the planning department.
