**We’re Hiring: Bilingual Record to Report (R2R) Accountant**

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a **highly motivated and detail-oriented R2R Accountant** to join our Finance & Accounting team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial reporting, month-end closings, reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with internal and external accounting standards.
You’ll work in a **fast-paced, bilingual environment**, collaborating with international teams and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- **1+ years of experience** in Record to Report or general accounting.
- **Advanced English and Spanish communication skills** (verbal & written).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (IFRS,



US GAAP, or local standards).
- Experience working in a Shared Services Center (SSC) or multinational environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings in compliance with IFRS/GAAP.
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely posting of financial transactions.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
- Analyze variances and provide explanations for management reporting.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with AP, AR, FP&A;, and tax teams.
