- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Experience using Requirements for Jira (R4J) for requirement documentation
- Previous experience with financial reconciliation systems and processes (Frontier preferred)
- Experience working in a finance-specific group

- Experience with financial record/data file processing
- Focus on maintaining accurate and up-to-date functional documentation related to financial reconciliation
- Self-Motivated

- Executes the complete requirements lifecycle from idea through implementation
- Leads or partners to facilitate requirement sessions with business leaders and other technology professionals using visual facilitation techniques
