**Responsibilities**:
- Adjudicate claims; Verify contract coverage and eligibility to NESNA policies, ascertain parts and labor charges, provide preapprovals, facilitate third-party and TechCam inspections, secure vendor parts, and ensure optimal part warranty coverage throughout policy.
- Perform appropriate research with available tools to adjudicate claims, provide assistance to service contract policy holders & repair facilities, and approve claims according to NESNA policy & procedure.
- Leverage mechanical acumen & resources to provide proper labor and parts repair approvals.
- Conduct transactions according to NESNA policies & procedures to ensure proper use of Company funds.
- Ensure repair claims are completed in a timely manner; Facilitate third party obligations to completion; Follow-up to achieve commitments.
- Document all claims and communications in appropriate systems.
- Achieve claims management & quality KPIs as assigned.
- Promote positive work environment within a large team.
- Perform other duties as necessary.
**Minimum Requirements**:
- ** Experience**: At least 2 years of automotive technical experience, preferably within a dealership or manufacturer environment.
- ** Education**: High School or relevant degree or equivalent automotive technical training is preferred.




- ** Language**:Advanced or Proficiency English oral and written requiered
**Required Skills and Experience**:
- ** Mechanical Acumen**: Strong understanding of automotive mechanics, demonstrated by certifications such as Automotive Service Excellence (ASE).
- ** Problem Solving**: Strong decision-making, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- ** Typing Skills**: Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute.
