**Compensation**:
$21,000 monthly MXN
**Responsibilities**:
- Record all collected data accurately in our electronic case management system and utilize online platforms for efficient case processing.
- Collaborate with the team to verify facts, ensuring all documentation meets legal standards and accurately reflects the client's story.
- Participate actively in meetings, providing insights and updates on client intakes and progress.
- Assist with various tasks as needed, displaying flexibility and a commitment to team success.
**Qualifications**:
- ** Availability for full-time on-site work in HERMOSILLO, SON. MEX is required.**:
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Demonstrated ability to clearly and persuasively communicate complex narratives is a must. Previous experience in writing, interviewing, or related fields is necessary, and having samples of work is preferred.
- A background in counseling or psychology is highly valued, particularly skills in empathetic communication and understanding diverse client backgrounds.
- Skills or experience in journalism, investigative reporting, or similar fields are advantageous. The ability to critically evaluate information and construct coherent narratives is a plus.
- Familiarity with case management software and databases, and proficiency in standard office software are required.
- Strong empathy, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds are essential qualities.
- Excellent critical reading and thinking skills are necessary for analyzing documents and statements to identify key information and inconsistencies.
- A commitment to personal and professional growth, embracing challenges, and learning from feedback is expected.
