RUI is seeking a versatile and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an **Outbound Calls and Chats Sales Supervisor**. In this role, you will lead a team of Sales Representatives. Our representatives are responsible for contacting existing and new customers regarding upgrades to their Internet services via phone call and chat. Armed with superior product knowledge and a passion for customer satisfaction, your team will provide solutions to customer needs in a fast-paced and energetic environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve targets related to upgrades, offer promotions, retaining or regaining customers.
- Monitor calls and chat conversations for quality assurance and provide regular feedback for improvement.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize productivity and revenue.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching as needed.




- Collaborate with management to optimize processes and drive team success.
- Listen to customer concerns with the goal of identifying trends.
- General knowledge of company, products, and/or services.
- Obtain customer information and enter data into various CRM systems.
- Comply with federal and state regulations, as well as company and client policy, with regards to the handling of consumer confidential information.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in outbound calls and chat sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Persuasive, not aggressive.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
