The Procurement Analyst is a key part of the International Procurement Office (IPO) group which provides worldwide support on the objectives of the Category Managers/Leaders around: Cost Management, Category Strategy, Localization and/or Best Cost Countries Sourcing, Risk mitigation, Plant support and Supplier Performance Management.
Role Responsibilities:
- Monitor commodity indexes, create reports, and communicate updates to the procurement organization to ensure compliance.- Prepare and submit RFQs while maintaining compliance with legal requirements.- Oversee supplier setup and provide continuous support for supplier accounts.- Maintain and update the repository of quality certificates (ISO 9001:2015/IATF16949:2016/AS9100D).- Develop and manage PPAPs for the organization,



supporting supplier development.- Ensure adherence to corporate guidelines on health, safety, and environment by providing training and maintaining compliance records.- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards by accurately classifying items according to HS codes.- Provide accurate and complete documentation for authorities' inquiries and audits.- Support cost-saving initiatives and process optimization efforts.- Ensure compliance with the Code of Ethics and Conduct, maintaining thorough documentation of all relevant reports.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced level of English
- 2 years of experience in purchasing
- Analysis ability
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excel proficiency
- Knowledge in Oracle
