**Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico (This is an on-site position and not remote)**
The Case Coordinator must be present on-site in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico.
- Responsibilities include overseeing client immigration cases and assisting the legal team by collecting necessary client details.
- Ensuring all immigration-related paperwork is accurately filled out and submitted on time.
- Acting as a vital link between clients and the legal team to ensure efficient operations in a high-speed setting.
- Essential qualities for this role include strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a compassionate demeanor.
**Compensation**:
$21,000 monthly MXN
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage client intakes and ensure accurate information gathering for immigration cases while maintaining precise records in the firm’s case management system (CMS).
- Verify, organize, and collect client documentation to guarantee complete and precise case files for timely submission.
- Collaborate with legal teams to address case needs such as Requests for Evidence (RFEs), Notices of Intent to Deny (NOIDs), and Denials.
- Regularly update clients on case progress while obtaining additional information or documentation when necessary.
- Ensure prompt and precise submission of immigration filings to USCIS and other relevant legal entities.
- Assist with administrative tasks linked to case management and provide support to the legal team as needed.
- Engage in enhancing client intake and documentation procedures through process improvements.
**Qualifications**:
- Full-time on-site availability in HERMOSILLO, SON., MEX is mandatory for this position.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential to effectively communicate with clients and legal teams,
ensuring clarity and understanding in both languages for accurate case preparation and client service.
- An Associate’s degree in a related field is required, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred to provide the foundational knowledge necessary for navigating immigration processes effectively.
- 1-3 years of experience in case management or administrative roles, preferably within a legal or immigration setting, is necessary.
- Exceptional communication skills are vital to ensure accurate case information and meeting deadlines, with the ability to convey complex information to clients, legal teams, and stakeholders effectively.
- Strong organizational abilities are crucial for managing multiple cases simultaneously, ensuring well-maintained and easily accessible documentation and client files.
- Interpersonal skills are important for building rapport with clients, making them feel supported and understood throughout the immigration process.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and case management software is required for efficient handling of documentation, communication, and case management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity is essential, as the role involves cases with highly sensitive personal information that require strict confidentiality and ethical handling.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability, managing shifting priorities, and working with legal teams to meet deadlines and resolve issues.
