**Location**: _On-Site Only_ - Av. P.º Río San Miguel 75-Planta Alta, Proyecto Rio Sonora Hermosillo XXI, 83270 Hermosillo, Son.
**Compensation**: Up to **$4,500 Monthly** (_$2,496 base salary + $2,004 performance bonus_)
**Schedules**:
5:00 AM - 2:00 PM or
8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

About the Role
Join our team as a **Customer Care Specialist**, where you'll play a key role in helping homeowners plan their home improvement projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Connecting with homeowners to schedule consultations
- Building strong relationships and guiding clients toward their adecuado solutions
- Representing a trusted brand known for quality service and expert solutions
What We’re Looking For




- **Advanced English level is a must**:
- Motivated, goal-driven individuals who enjoy working with people
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes
- **No experience required, but it is very welcome**
