We are looking for a talented **Maintenance Officer B - MFG** to join our team specializing in **MANUFACTURING** for our **CUMMINS MOTORES** in **San Luis Potosí, SLP, México**.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Corrective maintenance for daily failures.
- Preventive maintenance.
- Provide support to suppliers.
- Daily activities at height.
- Stop work and report any injury hazards.
- Comply with HSE standards and procedures.
- Use personal protective equipment.
- Participate in HSE training.
- Perform tasks according to diagrams and specifications.
- Provide feedback to the preventive maintenance system.
- Conduct quality inspections.
- Repair and maintain manufacturing equipment.
- Document preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities.
- Keep the work area clean and orderly.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities.
- Communicate effectively with the team and support teams.
- Complete training and personal development.
- Participate in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) teams.




To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulic pneumatic tools, hoists, and cranes.
- Knowledge in the use and handling of articulated or vertical lifting platforms.
- Forklift operation.
- Interpretation of pneumatic diagrams.
- Computer use.
**Additional Requirements: For unionized personnel, it is important to consider the following criteria**:
- 12 months in the current category.
- Closed improvement project: 1 (in the last 6 months)
- FIFIS: 52 (in the last 6 months)
- Absences: Zero absences (in the last 6 months)
- Behavior reports: Zero (in the last 12 months)
- TMS/ABC performance rating: 1 or 2 / more than 80
