We are looking for a talented **Financial Analyst** to join our team specializing in **FINANZAS** for our **CUMMINS BUSINESS SERVICES** in **San Luis Potosí, SLP, México**.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Prepare financial analysis and reporting for department managers.
- Perform month-end and month-end financial reconciliations (PFRs).
- Analyze discrepancies, trends and financial results to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop annual operating budgets (AOPs) and financial forecast updates (Forecasts).
- Supervise and consolidate the capital budget (CIP) for investments in the LATAM region.
- Collaborate on internal and external audits (SAT, PwC, KPMG), including transfer pricing analysis and tax compliance.
- Participate in continuous improvement of financial processes using tools such as Power BI and Excel.




- Contribute to the development of revenue analysis and billing processes.
- Execute assigned financial projects focused on optimizing results and solving specific problems.
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (US GAAP).
- Financial and cost analysis, including assessment of trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Data management and analysis using tools such as Oracle, Excel (advanced), and Power BI.

**Education**
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Administration or related areas.
**Experience**
1-2 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, budgeting or audits.
