You will be an integral part of a multi-disciplined team of agile practitioners leading the Testing of a comprehensive best-of-breed within Enterprise Platform team. Responsible for leading and promoting quality throughout the project teams, implementing and leveraging the Quality processes & system at all levels of the business. Evaluates strategies, processes and procedures to enhance the software functional testing for a product. Promotes a Quality culture, supports initiatives that drive on-going process improvement, facilitating changes to the quality strategy into the business process. Will interact with the internal & external QA teams and SAP Functional teams in order enhance the quality assurance of the SAP S4 HANA System. Analyze data, identifies trends and use statistics ensuring the processes meet the company business and customer needs. Promotes understanding of the processes required for fulfilment of customer satisfaction. Hands on all QA activities including test automation, software functional testing, quality architecture and test planning. **Responsibilities**
- Develop and manage Test Automation frameworks and select tools that would assist in testing on various areas of the product.
- Work seamlessly with highly skilled, deeply technical development scrum team to develop valid test approaches and scenarios.
- Document all QA artifacts (i.e. defects, test cases, etc) in Jira/ Test Rail and maintain traceability between test cases and requirement documentation.
- Proactively communicate with developers and business analysts to resolve issues or questions pertaining to test creation or test execution.
- Partner with development teams to build an understanding of QA and its role in the project lifecycle.
- Provide input for go/no-go decisions.
- Be an advocate for continued development of automation within your teams’ functional area.
- Be part of technical team working on overall product strategy.
- Proactively checking if business scenarios are executed correctly from SAP functional perspective and will not cause any issue to Production environment.
- Drive issue resolution cycle with IT team from functional perspective.
- Coordinate with Business Analysts, ABAP teams, and Functional Analysts.




- Understand core SAP functional business process flows and design end-to-end business processes.
- Utilize automation tools, preferably Tosca to enhance testing efficiency.
**Required experience and qualifications**
- BS or MS in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- 5+ Years of experience in SAP and must have knowledge of SAP SD/MM/ FI modules.
- Person should be experienced in SAP S4 HANA Order to Cash process in SAP SD and Interface with SAP FI
- Project experience in SAP SD (Master Data, Enterprise structure mapping, SD Document types of functionalities, Revenue accounting, Basic Functions configuration, Shipping, Billing, Integration with FI, MM, etc)
- 7+ years of people management experience, recognition as an exceptional leader and business partner.
- Experience in Big Data Testing, Spark, AWS.
- Experience in Test Plan and Test Case Creations, Bug Creations.
- Experience in Unit Testing and API Testing like JMeter, Code Reviews, UI Automation like Selenium.
- 5+ Years of experience in SAP and must have knowledge of SAP SD/MM/ FI modules.
- Person should be experience of SAP S4 HANA Order to Cash process in SAP SD and Interface with SAP FI
- Project experience in SAP SD (Master Data, Enterprise structure mapping, SD Document types of functionalities, Revenue accounting, Basic Functions configuration, Shipping, Billing, Integration with FI, MM, etc)
- Basic knowledge and eexperience in SAP business flows and its integration with 3rd party apps.
- Tosca automation tool knowledge is plus.
