**About the Role**
**What You'll Do**
- Provide **on-site and remote** technical support for system deployments, configurations, and troubleshooting.
- Assist in **pre-sales and post-sales support**, working closely with account managers and clients to recommend solutions.
- Deploy, configure, and optimize **networking, security, cloud, and IT infrastructure solutions**.
- Collaborate with customers to analyze requirements and design **customized solutions** based on business needs.
- Conduct **system assessments and performance optimizations** to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Deliver **training sessions and technical documentation** for clients and internal teams.
- Work with vendors and partners to stay up to date with the latest technologies and certifications.
- Ensure compliance with **industry best practices, security standards, and company policies**.
- Support **proof-of-concept (PoC) and pilot projects** for new technologies.
**What We're Looking For**
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in **Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering**, or related field.
- ** Experience**:2-5 years** in **systems engineering, field support, or IT infrastructure**.
