We are looking for a talented **Training Associate** to join our team specializing in **HSE** for our **CUMMINS** in **San Luis Potosí, SLP, México**.
**Job description**:
The Training Associate supports the facilitation of general and specific training and development programs. Contributes to the planning, design, delivery and implementation of training and development programs. Works with vendors and educational organizations to support the development and delivery of training and development programs.
**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways**:
- Provides input to instructional content for teaching environments according to corporate standards; prepares instructional materials, including participant guides, instructor guides, presentations, tests, and help tools.
- Assists with needs analysis, audience analysis, and task analysis; provides input for solutions or changes.
- Gathers data for instructional material development, such as modifications, purchases or developments.
- Maintains records and reports on individual or group training progress using common tools and systems; uses evaluation data to guide program revisions.
- Implements evaluation plans and prepares evaluation reports.
- Provides input for improvement recommendations.
- Acts as an informal resource for less experienced colleagues.
- Effectively manages stakeholder relationships by responding courteously, accurately and in a timely manner to training and development related questions and requests.
- Responsible for implementation of training tracking software.
- Develop training content.
- Design and execute training programs.
- Performs training needs analysis and partners with stakeholder areas to provide solutions.
- Develops and implements training evaluation plans.
- Maintains records and reports on site training progress.
- Participates in initiatives to improve department performance.
- Manages recognition programs.
- Supports safety culture strategies.
- Software Implementation: Lead the installation and configuration of the new training software, ensuring its effective integration with existing systems.
- Content Development: Create and adapt training materials that facilitate the learning of project management skills.
- Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support and resolve any issues related to the training software.
**Qualifications**
- **Time in current category**: 12 months in current category
**- FiFIS or Safety Cards**: 52 (in last 6 months - October 2024 - March 2025)
**- Fouls**: Zero fouls in the last 6 months (October 2024 - March 2025)
- **Behavioral Reporting**: Zero reports in the last 12 months.
- **TMS/ ABC performance rating**: Pass.
**- Improvement project**: 1 closed (in the last 6 months - October 2024 - March 2025).

- Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills, gained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
- Advanced intermediate Excel.
- Basic knowledge of the legal training framework.
- Intermediate basic English.
