We're seeking a talented Senior AEM Developer with deep knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to join our team.
This role will focus on building a robust headless e-commerce platform and a scalable content management system. You'll work closely with a dynamic, cross-functional team to bring innovative digital experiences to life. If you're driven to deliver high-impact solutions, we’d love to hear from you.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead enhancements in AEM Digital Assets Management and Sites with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Act as the go-to technical contact during EST business hours, offering production support and troubleshooting
- Participate in on-call pager duty (additional compensation provided)
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth system integrations
- Develop clean, efficient code in Java and Kotlin, adhering to quality standards
- Write and maintain thorough unit and integration tests, supporting automated QA initiatives
- Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines
- Analyze logs and monitoring tools to quickly resolve production issues
- Keep project management tools updated with accurate progress reports
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to maintaining high development standards
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with AEM Digital Assets Management and Sites
- Solid understanding of DevOps methodologies and Continuous Delivery pipelines
- Proficiency with React, Docker, and Google Cloud Platform
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana and build tools like Jenkins
- Excellent communication skills with direct client-facing experience
- English proficiency at B2 level or above
**Nice to have**
- Experience with Kubernetes orchestration
- Background in Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud




- Knowledge of integrating additional third-party services
