**Glucose Production Supervisor**
**Position Summary**
This position is responsible for directing the development and implementation of activities in production areas to meet production goals, product quality, and cost objectives. Plan, organize and schedule production activities to meet demands. Provide direction, leadership, motivation to production personnel, and ensure adherence to the quality system.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes but not limited to)**:
- Create monthly work objectives and plans for your production area and implement them according to the production plan.
- Be responsible for organizing and managing the production workshop to complete production tasks.
- Organize the formulation and continuous improvement of business processes and management systems related to the functions of the Department.
- Organize personnel training of the production department and evaluate the performance of production workers.




- Coordinate the working relationship between other departments.
- Complete the temporary tasks assigned by the superior.
- Report weekly on capacity, order delivery and inventory.
- Monitor and report any issues of production equipment and environment.
- Daily verification of parameters of production equipment.
- Responsible for safety in workshop areas
- Work with HR on maintaining personnel assistance, low absenteeism, and turnover; and
- Support for new product transfers.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry, electronics or other life science discipline.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry and in a leadership role
- Experience in the medical device industry is preferred.
- Bilingual.
