As part of our expansion, we are looking for a highly skilled **Content Creator** to lead our content strategy, increase brand awareness, and generate traffic across multiple platforms. **Responsibilities**
- Create high-quality video content (both long-form and short-form) in **English** for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Develop and execute a daily content calendar across all social media platforms.
- Host and produce **podcasts** featuring Print on Demand entrepreneurs and industry experts.
- Oversee the **content creation department**, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with company objectives.
- Stay up to date with industry trends to create **engaging, data-driven, and educational content** that adds value to our audience.
- Analyze content performance and optimize strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Work closely with the **marketing team** to align content with promotional campaigns and company goals.
- Engage with the community through live sessions, Q&As;, and interactive discussions.




**Requirements**:
- **Fluent in English with native accent (spoken and written).**:
- **Proven experience in content creation** (video production, storytelling, editing, and social media strategy).
- **At least 2 years of experience in a similar role**, ideally in digital marketing, social media management, or content strategy.
- **Experience in Print on Demand is preferred** but not required.
- Strong on-camera presence with the ability to engage and retain an audience.
- Ability to manage multiple content formats and adapt to different social media algorithms.
- **Basic video editing skills** or experience working with editors.
- Experience with SEO, YouTube growth strategies, and performance analytics is a plus.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
