We have an opening for a **Support Intern.** This is a virtual/remote and full-time position to join our growing team.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer success before and after sales.
- Handling ticket requests.
- **You must be able to work from home, have a quiet workspace, and have a computer and headset in good working order._**_
- **Working hours: office hours Monday to Friday (8AM-5PM CST).**_




**We are looking for someone who**:
- Has a recent university diploma or students graduating in the next 12 months.
- Has strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Is self-managed, proactive, organized, and technically curious
- Possesses excellent problem-solving, teamwork and technical leadership skills
- Works effectively in a diverse/general team environment
- Has passion for learning and for helping others
**We offer**:
- Net monthly salary (Scholarship) of 8,000 MXN
