We are a company actively implementing modern technologies in the field of customer communication automation. We work with voice and text bots and leverage AI capabilities to enhance user experience and streamline business processes.
**Responsibilities**:
- Set up and maintain AI integrations (ChatGPT, Voice AI, etc.) for voice and text communication channels
- Work with third-party APIs (Twilio, Webitel, WhatsApp Business API)
- Develop and optimize bot scripts for client interactions
- Test, analyze, and improve bot performance based on data and feedback
- Implement new AI-based tools and technologies to enhance workflows
**Requirements**:
- Experience working with integrations and APIs (experience with OpenAI, Dialogflow, Botpress, etc., is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
- Understanding of how chatbots and voice bots operate




- Ability to work with databases and CRM systems
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to work
**Nice to Have**:
- Experience in implementing AI solutions in business processes
- Background in call centers or customer service
- Knowledge of NLP / NLU and model training principles
**We offer**:
- Gross base salary $30,000 to 40,000 depending on experience + Benefits of law.
- Place of work: Polanco
- Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm
