HR Manager - Western & Northern Mexico Plants
We’re looking for an **HR Manager** who thrives on building from the ground up, strategic, hands-on, and ready to lead **HR operations**.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Lead **organizational development** efforts, identifying and addressing structural and cultural opportunities.
- Drive **cultural transformation**, promoting behaviors aligned with long-term business goals.
- Spearhead the **digitalization of HR processes** and tools.
- Design and execute strategies for **talent attraction, onboarding, development, and retention**.
- Ensure **compliance with labor laws** and internal policies.
- Develop and promote **employee wellbeing programs** to boost engagement and productivity.
**What We’re Looking For**
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
Master’s degree preferred.
- **10+ years** in HR roles, **5+ in leadership** positions,



preferably in industrial environments.
- Experience implementing frameworks or certifications such as **SMETA, ESR, GPTW** or similar is a plus (even if not completed).
- Strong knowledge of **HR tech and digital tools**.
- Advanced **English and Spanish** proficiency.
- High adaptability, execution focus, and a collaborative mindset.
