Lead the search, attraction, and recruitment of outstanding commercial professionals who will drive the sales of premium financial products and services.
Your work will directly support the firm’s mission to expand its elite advisory team and strengthen its position as a market leader in high-end financial solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Consistently meet monthly KPIs and talent acquisition goals.
- Build and maintain a strong, strategic professional network to ensure a steady talent pipeline.
- Conduct in-depth interviews that align with both our business goals and cultural values.
**Who You Are**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Natural connector with a passion for people and relationship-building.
- Strategic, proactive, and an excellent communicator.

- Full-time, on-site position.
**Work Schedule**
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
