- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to travel to the U.S. and Europe for periodic conferences
- Bi-lingual (business fluent) in English and Spanish
- Excellent Excel skills
- 5+ years of experience in a plant controller position or similar role
- Strong leadership with direct reports. Ability to mentor and develop employees. Ability to set an example of strong work ethic, discipline and organization
- Strong communication skills with both the Plant Manager and the Senior Manager of Controlling, Mexico
- Willing to perform detailed analysis
- Knowledge of ERP systems.



AX2012 is preferred but experience with SAP, Oracle or other systems is acceptable
- Exceptionally strong skills in finance, audit and compliance controls Highest level of integrity and accuracy in all accounting
- Able to resolve conflicts and sustain constructive working relationships with others
- Ability to gather data, analyze information, evaluate results and choose or recommend best solutions for problems.
- Skilled detecting and assessing problems and taking steps to anticipate, prevent or correct same
- Excellent ledger and reporting experience in both Mexico, the U.S and Europe
