This role will be a member of a high caliber commercial strategy team that generates insight into sales & operational performance with significant exposure to senior management across multiple departments. In this role, you will examine
key business data by identifying, cleaning, and providing analysis and insights.
**What you will do**
- Build dashboards, tools, and other data models for business groups to help visualize or monitor data in sales, operations, CSS and/or marketing
- Provide ongoing data mining efforts to trends and areas of continuous improvement
- Generate insights and present findings to senior management using data visualization and presentation programs to suggest business recommendations
- Support ad hoc analysis and reports needed for business decisions, planning, and execution
- Consult with project team members and stakeholders to identify, define, and document business needs and objectives, current reporting capabilities, and challenges related to the business function
- Provide data creation and project management for data strategy, forecast planning, daily reporting performance scorecards and commission management
- Key partners to collaborate with include Sales, Marketing, Operations & Finance
**Who you are**
- High school diploma, or equivalent required. Relevant bachelor’s degree a plus
- 3+ years prior business analyst experience supporting Sales or Business Operations
- Proficient in SQL, Power BI, Analytics Platform Usage, and Excel
- Ability to quickly understand and map systems, processes, and operations
- Experience in a dynamic and agile environment requiring high-adaptability, management of multiple projects,



excellent cross-functional communication, and presentation skills
- Continuous improvement attitude: ability to suggest and implement best practices
- Previous experience and/or understanding of telematics solutions and partner integrations a plus
