**What are we looking for?**:

- ** 3-5 years of experience in IT operations, preferably within an engineering environment.**:
- ** Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.**:
- ** Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.**:
- ** Certifications in relevant IT frameworks (e.g., ITIL) are a plus.**:
- ** Fluent English.**:
