**About the Role**
**What You Will Do**
- Implement software solutions that are efficient, scalable, and meet the needs of the business.
- Lead feature development projects, ensuring complete ownership from design to deployment.
- Fix bugs of all levels of complexity across a significant portion of the codebase, utilizing best practices and common patterns.
- Act as a leader in code reviews, providing expert guidance and approval in specific code areas.
- Create key design documents for projects of significant scope and review others' design docs to establish best architectural practices.
- Mentor junior and middle engineers, guiding them in best practices and professional growth.
**What Skills & Experience You Should Bring**
- BS/BA degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Experience and/or strong interest in design, graphics, and 3D software
- A test-driven development mentality
