**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
**Requirements**:
- Advanced English Level 90-100% verbal and written.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.




- Minimum experience of 2 years working in the Recruiting department.
- Capable of managing different projects continuously.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Paralegal Recruitment is a plus.
**What We Offer**
