**The Role**:
We are looking for a contract Lead specialist Talent Admin to support our pharmaceutical client in hiring top talent in **Ciudad Juarez, Mexico**. This role will require you to work onsite at our client in **Ciudad Juarez** 5 days week. Hours of operation are 8am -5pm (some flexibility can provided if needed).
This is a 3 month contract
A client service-oriented attitude with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment is a must have.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Keep clear communication (written, verbal) in meetings with Hiring Managers, establishing timelines, milestones, and expected outcomes.
- Reporting and maintaining data integrity.
- Schedule and confirm internal promotions interviews
**Skills & Experience**:
- University graduate (BA, Psychologist, Engineering)
- Spanish and Basic English preferred




- 2 years experience in recruiting processes in a fast-growing company
- Good communication skills (oral and written), especially in listening and persuasion
- Great organizational capacity with marked attention to detail
- Flexibility and adaptability to constant changes
