The Production Planner is responsible for developing and managing production schedules for cable manufacturing processes. This role involves analyzing the capacity of machines and production lines, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the planning area.
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules for cable manufacturing.
- Analyze machine and production line capacities to optimize production flow and efficiency.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to planning and production processes.
- Learn and operate key planning systems, including Oracle, SLC, SRM, Linea, Tableau, and Jarbis.
- Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and production teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
- Monitor and adjust schedules to accommodate changes in demand, delays, or resource availability.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure alignment with business goals.
Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.




- 1 yr + experience in production planning or supply chain operations is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) and data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
