**More about the role**:
As a Subject Matter Expert in Workday Benefits, you will be responsible for providing in-depth knowledge and expertise in the Workday Benefits module. You will work closely with our HR, IT, and business teams to ensure the effective implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workday Benefits. Your role will involve analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and providing ongoing support and training to end-users. Additionally, you will support Workday reporting for the Americas.
- Lead the implementation and configuration of Workday Benefits, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful deployment.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure the smooth operation of Workday Benefits.
- Stay current with Workday updates, new features,
and industry trends to continuously improve the system and processes.
- Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams, translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Provide Workday Reporting support for our businesses and internal stakeholders
- Serve as a backup support for US & CA payroll execution
**More about you**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience working with Workday Benefits, including implementation and configuration.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, benefits administration, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Workday certification in Benefits is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Fluent in English and Spanish
