TripleTen is a remote-first organization mirroring our students who complete our bootcamps in a remote environment.
Our **Expert Tutors**are role models for students studying on our programs. They mentor students, help them with difficult concepts and assignments, teach them the skills necessary to be a great professional. They guide students through the program and into their future careers, making sure all students get the most out of both regardless of their background.
**Requirements**:
We require 3+ years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design, with a background in:
- ** UX Research and Usability Testing**: Skilled in conducting and analyzing user interviews, usability tests, and contextual inquiries to gather insights that drive design decisions.
- ** Prototyping and Interaction Design**: Proficient in using tools like Figma, Sketch, or InVision for wireframing, interactive prototyping, and design iteration.
- ** UI Design Systems and Accessibility**: Knowledge of creating scalable design systems and adhering to accessibility guidelines, ensuring usability for diverse users.
- Ability to explain complex topics in understandable terms




- Patience and empathy to students
- Readiness to dedicate 10-20 hours a week to this project on a versátil schedule, sometimes on weekends

What you will do:
As an expert tutor, you will be a big part of student's educational process and will:
- mentor students during 1-1 video calls — they deal with different questions from students including a deeper explanation of certain concepts, tools or skills, supporting and navigating students in their assignments/
- communicate with students via “Q&A; style” video sessions for walk-in questions.
- host webinars and other educational events for groups of students (about the content covered in our program, extracurricular skills, career and industry knowledge), or participate in other non-educational meetings with students (such as New Student Orientation meetings).
- share their professional expertise and best industry practices with students.
