**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Manage a vendor compliance requirement platform, ensuring each vendor is compliant as per regulations and internal policies.
- Run the visual management reports for the decision making and monitoring of KPIs.
- Place and follow up on purchase orders.
- Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure purchase order execution, compliance, resolve issues, and address schedule changes.
- Update ERP systems with relevant procurement data.
- Develop a basic understanding of key business drivers and use this knowledge to accomplish tasks effectively.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of work and contribute to the overall success of the area.
- Exercise good judgment within established procedures and consult senior team members for guidance on issues outside defined policies.




- Build strong interpersonal relationships and serve as the interface between suppliers and GE for customer-facing roles.
**Required Qualifications**
- Currently enrolled in at least the 5th semester of university, studying business administration or related fields.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Proactive and problem-solving mindset
**Desired Characteristics**
- Basic experience in sourcing, buying-procurement, or related fields.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs effectively.
- Knowledge of lean tools
