As **Business Analyst**, you will be part of the Integral Custom Software Solutions team in Queretaro, building PPG's backbone for Digital Commerce. You will be responsible in identifying, and documenting business and partner requirements. To perform this role, the applicant solutions to all partners, analyze customer needs and created detailed user stories and requirements for their development team, and help drive adherence to Agile and Scrum standards.
This Job is located in #LI-Hybrid within Queretaro and will report to Manager.
**Key Responsibilities**- Analyze product owner feedback to lead and create user stories and requirements for the development team to action.
- Build and detailed acceptance criteria ensuring understanding of expectations across all team members.
- Work with QAs to review test cases and validate test results.
- Adapt and develop working relationships across a diverse team of multiple functional, technical, and partners.
- Work with the members of the development team following scrum and Agile principles to ensure delivery.
- Explain and communicate technical solutions to technical and non-technical partners.
**Qualifications**
- + 4 years' experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role
- Previous experience in an environment using Agile development methodology.
- Good Understanding of software development lifecycle
- Ability to understand business problems and translate it to IT language.
