As the Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in planning and managing key production areas, ensuring quality output, and driving cost-efficiency while mentoring and coaching your team. Our Team:
Join the DSS division, where you will work alongside a collaborative and cross-functional team including Manufacturing, Assembly, Industrial Engineering, and key internal stakeholders such as Sales, Quality, and Engineering. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions to our customers while maintaining a strong focus on safety, lean practices, and environmental sustainability.
What You Will Do:
- Lead and mentor supervisors and their teams to achieve production targets, quality standards, and operational goals.
- Collaborate with Sales, Quality, Engineering, and Planning to ensure seamless production scheduling, timely issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.
- Drive key manufacturing initiatives, including cost reduction, quality improvement, and on-time delivery.
- Utilize data and statistical tools (DOE, FMEA, SPC) to analyze performance and implement process improvements.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by supporting 5S, EHS, Lean, and quality programs.




- Manage monthly budgets and control costs in alignment with divisional objectives.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards while maintaining a clean and organized workplace.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or an equivalent field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Production Manager role within a manufacturing plant with multiple areas of responsibility.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization, including corporate and division management.
- English Level C1: Able to communicate fluently in diverse contexts.
What Will Put You Ahead:
- Master's degree in engineering fields such as robotics, automation, electronics, mechatronics, or related disciplines.
- Previous experience in the automotive industry.
- Hands-on experience with SAP.
- Strong domain knowledge of statistical tools and methodologies, including DOE, FMEA, CP, SPC, and related tools.
- Experience interpreting and executing statistical reports such as Pareto analyses, Ishikawa diagrams, and more.
