Our Team:
Join our dynamic global Supply Chain team, where collaboration and innovation drive success. You will work closely with regional procurement teams, business process leads, and internal stakeholders, fostering partnerships to align procurement processes with organizational goals. This role is based in Guadalajara, Mexico, and reports to the Digital Transformation and Optimization Lead.
What You Will Do:
- Lead key capabilities such as Supplier Onboarding, Supplier Enablement, and Procurement Master Data Management.
- Manage Level 1 helpdesk requests efficiently using a ticket management approach to resolve issues and enhance user experience.
- Drive adoption and optimization of procurement systems like SAP Supplier Lifecycle Performance (SLP), SAP Business Network, and Coupa.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance process execution, adoption, and alignment with business objectives.
- Develop knowledge content, including playbooks, process flows, and user articles, to support process execution and continuous improvement.
- Utilize process intelligence tools to analyze procurement processes, identify opportunities,



and drive data-driven process improvements.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of business analyst experience, collaborating with business functional areas.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Proven ability to manage multiple activities, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication, analytical, and collaboration skills to interpret data, provide insights, and improve process execution.
What Will Put You Ahead:
- Experience in Supplier Onboarding through SAP Supplier Lifecycle Performance (SLP) and Supplier Enablement using SAP Business Network or Coupa.
- Familiarity with master data management, SAP modules, and ticket management tools such as ServiceNow.
- Experience supporting integral or regional Supply Chain teams within a multi-language support model.
- Expertise in developing knowledge content and standardizing processes.
- Proficiency in using analytic tools to drive process improvement and support Lean methodologies.
