We’re looking for a **Customer Satisfaction Assistant** to join our **Cooper Lighting Solutions México Customer Service team**in **Monterrey (Lazaro Cardenas).**

As a **CS representative**you’ll be responsible for **servicing some of our main distributors as well as one of our main national accounts.**

**What you’ll do**
- Order processing.
- Management and follow up with plants and DCs for production, importation and availability of our customers' orders.
- Overall Customer Satisfaction.
**Your qualifications**:
- ** Bachelor's degree completed.**
- ** Experience in Customer Service support.**
- ** Great communicative skills.**
- ** Passion for serving.**
- ** Problem solving oriented.**
- ** Critical thinking.**
- ** Advanced or Fluent in English (written/verbal).**
