**Main Responsibilities**
- ** Monitor the drivers trips and ensure the completion of the trip according to the terms and conditions**:
- ** Monitor Operations Indicators and Run Analysis to get Ops Insights**:
- ** Customer service experience - 1 year**:
- ** App support - 1 years experience**:
- ** Tackle main issues and define necessary process**:
- ** Create and review operations process and routines to improve the internal operations and customer experience**:
- ** Manage Daily Operations in order to guarantee quality service for clients and drivers**
**Key Requirements**




- ** Minimum 1 year of operations experience is required**:
- ** KPI and data driven decision making Excel / Google sheets analytics**:
- ** Strong ownership and self-guided problem solving**:
- ** Stakeholder management/communication skills**:
- ** Graduated or in the last year in progress with some course with relation to the position**:
- ** Advanced English and Fluent Spanish**:
- ** Basic knowledge in SQL programming, Excel / Google Sheets and Google Suite**
