We are looking to expand and hire ENGLISH speaking agents. You will be dialing customers that have both orders in process and outstanding balances with the company. The position is also responsible for general billing questions and providing excellent customer service. Strong attention to detail is a requirement.

Job Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and persuasive **Outbound Collections Specialist** to join our team. In this role,
you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers who have purchased from us to follow up on payment for the orders they have received. Your goal is to ensure timely payment while maintaining a professional and positive relationship with our customers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to customers with unpaid balances to request payment.
- Review customer accounts and provide information on outstanding balances.
- Assist customers with payment processing and answer any billing-related questions.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and payment statuses.
- Handle objections or concerns and provide solutions to facilitate payment.
- Collaborate with the internal team to resolve payment discrepancies.
- Ensure all communication is in line with company policies and remains professional and courteous.
