**Req ID**:
We are currently seeking a QA Tester (Property and Casualty Insurance background) to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 4+ years of testing experience.
- Must have a background in Property and Casualty (P&C;) insurance.
- Good to have knowledge of policy, claims, and billing processes.
- Proficiency in SQL and database management.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies and end-to-end (E2E) testing.
- Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) cycle.
- Proficient in English.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with development and business teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Utilize SQL and database expertise to validate data integrity and accuracy.
- Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure quality standards are met.
- Document and report defects, and work with developers to resolve issues.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with automated testing tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
