**Join Our Team as a Collections & Deductions Analyst!**
We're looking for a Collections & Deductions Analyst to join our team and lead our efforts in optimizing customer account collections and deductions management.
**Your Impactful Role**:
**Proactive Insight**: Detect and prevent collection issues before they arise, ensuring smooth financial operations.**Customer Collaboration**: Engage with customers to resolve past due amounts and maintain positive relationships.**Strategic Solutions**: Work closely with finance and sales teams to address and resolve business issues.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collections Mastery:_- Oversee customer account balances with a strategic eye.- Issue timely past due notices and follow up for payments.- Escalate and resolve collection challenges with the support of finance and sales teams.- Prepare insightful reports, monitor performance, and contribute to financial recovery strategies.
- Deductions Expertise:_- Delve into open customer deductions,



offering solutions for accurate financial records.- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline deduction processes and communicate updates.- Lead efforts in submitting disputes and clearing credit notes, ensuring bottom-line impact.

**Requirements**:
Knowledge of financial statements and financial ratios.- Prior experience the Order to Cash process.- Proficiency with SAP, Word, Excel and Google tools (sheets, slides, AODocs, etc).- Experience in reporting- Proficiency in English- Undergraduate Degree required.- Prior experience in a customer service environment required.
