**Legal Workflow Administrator**
Position Overview
**About The Role**
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the legal department.
- Project Coordination: Support legal projects and initiatives, coordinating activities and ensuring timely completion.
- Knowledge Management: Working with other members of the team, help to maintain contract templates, contract clauses, fallback provisions and other repositories.
- Administrative Support: Managing legal department calendars and mailboxes, manage accounts payable and receivable processes and data gathering and tracking legal platform management.
**About You**
- Fluency in English (written and oral communication).
- Previous experience in a legal operations or legal administrative role (familiarity with legal terminology and processes).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Power Automate and Power BI) and software such as Legal Tracker and Ariba.
- Ability to translate work into digital forms to create efficiencies.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong interest in technology, including new and emerging technologies.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- College degree.
