**Human Resources Generalist**

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Recruitment and Selection**
Oversee recruitment and selection of personnel for both Direct and Indirect Labor positions.
Maintain job postings on internal and external websites.
Maintains hiring tracking and personnel requests related to job openings.
Oversee talent attraction methods including social media and other platforms.
Work closely with hiring managers to establish unique recruitment processes for openings.
Maintain job descriptions for all positions.
**Onboarding**
Participate in onboarding and orientation of all new hires.
**KPI’s**
Maintains reporting on hiring and turnover analytics.
**Training**
Provide support in the training program and follow-up with staff
**EHS**
Support the area in managing processes and programs
Support in communication with staff
**Systems**
Follow the guidelines established in the procedures for the proper functioning of the integral system.




Assist during TL 9000 and ISO 14001 audits.
Assist in HR General activities as needed.
**EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE**
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
3 years of experience in recruitment and selection of operational and administrative positions, as well as general activities in human resources.
**SKILLS**
Highly proficient in spoken and written English
Team-oriented, Honest, Ethical.
**SALARY & BENEFITS**:
Salario mensual nominal: $25,000 - $27,000
