**SR QUALITY ENGINEER**

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
Product audit process and Out of Box Audit (OOBA)
Incoming inspection process
Process audits
Return Material Authorization (RMA)
Corrective Action Reports (CARs)
Supplier rejection follow-up (DMR)
Failure Analysis (FA)
Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) control
UL and Compliance
Acts as a backup for the Quality Engineer
Personnel management
Kaizen events
40% office work, 60% operations floor presence.
Supplier visits as needed.
**EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE**
Engineering degree in a related field.
5 years of experience as a Sr Quality Engineer.
Knowledge of IPC, TL 9000, ISO 14001, UL, RoHS, ESD (preferred).
Yellow Belt or Green Belt certification (preferred).

Highly proficient in spoken and written English
Personnel training.
Team management.
Communication.
Problem analysis and resolution.
Organizational skills.
**SALARY & BENEFITS**:
Salario mensual nominal:
**$35,000 - $38,000**
